⚠️ تنبيه المسؤولية

SaveTek أداة تقنية فقط. أنت وحدك المسؤول عن المحتوى الذي تحمّله وعن طريقة استخدامه. استخدم التطبيق فقط لتحميل محتوى تملكه، أو محتوى أذن لك صاحبه بتحميله، أو محتوى يسمح القانون بتحميله.

١. قبول الشروط

باستخدامك SaveTek فأنت توافق على هذه الشروط. إذا لم توافق عليها فلا تستخدم التطبيق.

٢. الاستخدام المسموح

احترم حقوق النشر وحقوق أصحاب المحتوى.
التزم بالقوانين المعمول بها في بلدك.
التزم بشروط استخدام المواقع التي تحمّل منها.
لا تستخدم التطبيق لنشر محتوى الآخرين أو بيعه أو إعادة توزيعه دون إذنهم.

٣. لا ضمانات

يُقدَّم التطبيق "كما هو" دون أي ضمان، وفقاً لترخيص GPL-3.0. قد تتوقف بعض المواقع عن العمل مع التطبيق في أي وقت بسبب تغييرات من جهتها. لا نتحمّل مسؤولية أي ضرر أو خسارة تنتج عن استخدام التطبيق.

٤. لا علاقة بالمواقع الأخرى

SaveTek تطبيق مستقل، وليس تابعاً لأي موقع أو خدمة يمكن التحميل منها، ولا مدعوماً أو معتمداً منها.

٥. الترخيص والعلامة

الكود المصدري متاح بترخيص GPL-3.0. أما اسم SaveTek وشعاره فغير مشمولين بترخيص الكود، ولا يجوز استخدامهما في نسخ معدّلة أو منتجات أخرى دون إذن.

٦. التوزيع الرسمي

حمّل SaveTek فقط من هذا الموقع أو من صفحة الإصدارات الرسمية على GitHub. لا نتحمّل مسؤولية النسخ المنشورة في أماكن أخرى.

٧. تعديل الشروط

قد نحدّث هذه الشروط، ونكتب تاريخ آخر تحديث أعلى الصفحة. استمرارك في استخدام التطبيق بعد التحديث يعني موافقتك على الشروط الجديدة.

٨. لأصحاب الحقوق

لأصحاب الحقوق: للإبلاغ عن أي انتهاك تواصل معنا على savetek.app@gmail.com وسنتعامل معه بسرعة. اذكر في رسالتك المحتوى المعني وما يثبت ملكيتك له.

SaveTek is only a technical tool. You alone are responsible for the content you download and how you use it. Use the app only to download content you own, content whose owner has allowed you to download it, or content the law allows you to download.

1. Acceptance

By using SaveTek you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the app.

2. Permitted use

Respect copyright and the rights of content owners.
Follow the laws that apply in your country.
Follow the terms of use of the websites you download from.
Don't use the app to publish, sell or redistribute other people's content without their permission.

3. No warranty

The app is provided "as is", without any warranty, under the GPL-3.0 license. Some websites may stop working with the app at any time due to changes on their side. We are not liable for any damage or loss resulting from using the app.

4. No affiliation

SaveTek is an independent app. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any website or service it can download from.

5. License and trademark

The source code is available under GPL-3.0. The SaveTek name and logo are not covered by the code license and may not be used in modified versions or other products without permission.

6. Official distribution

Only download SaveTek from this website or from its official GitHub releases page. We are not responsible for copies published elsewhere.

7. Changes

We may update these terms and will show the date of the last update at the top of this page. Continuing to use the app after an update means you accept the new terms.

8. For rights holders

Rights holders: to report any infringement, contact us at savetek.app@gmail.com and we'll handle it promptly. Please mention the content concerned and how you own it.
